Store Manager

- Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through store operations and effectively product pitch
- Implement all operational policies and procedures to achieve the business goals
- Recruit, train, and develop employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner and consistently perform to company standards
- Work with the Marketing team for marketing activities at the store
- Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the store
- Oversee the operations and appearance of the store (opening, closing, security, cleaning, merchandising, inventory), ensuring facility maintenance and store presentation adhere to the brand standard
- Be responsible for P&L at the store
- Manage customer escalation quickly and effectively
- Manage customer experience at the store, providing test ride and exceptional customer service to visitors/customers
