Steward Supervisor - Danang Marriott Resort & Spa

JOB SUMMARY

Other reasonable duties as assigned
Conduct daily inspections of all Food and Beverage areas and kitchens daily to ensure cleanliness and compliance with local health/sanitation codes
Conduct periodic inventories to ensure par stocks and resource availability are maintained within all Food and Beverage outlets and kitchens and determine breakage
Foster an environment of cooperation within the department and between other departments within the hotel
Assist the Chief Steward to exceed budgetary guidelines for operating supplies and labor

Must be computer- strong with knowledge of Excel, Word, and electronic mail
Have experience within the Stewarding department required
Must be committed to safety and good environmental practices in the workplace
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
