JOB DESCRIPTION
Evaluate productivity of sales teams and performance of different sales channels (direct sales, partners, agents).
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales data and reporting.
Sales Performance Analysis
The Sales Reporting Executive is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting sales performance related to POS machine products. The role ensures accurate data tracking, timely reporting for management, and provides insights to support business growth, sales planning, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales performance reports for internal stakeholders (Commercial Team, Finance, Operations, and Management).
Compile, verify, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales data for POS machine products.
Track key metrics such as sales volume, revenue, active POS terminals, deployment progress, churn rate, and merchant performance.
About the Role
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure data alignment.
Maintain an updated database of merchants and active POS terminals.
Analyze trends, market movement, and channel performance for POS machine products.
Track inventory status: in- stock, allocated, deployed, faulty/returned devices.
Support sales forecasting and target planning.
Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure smooth device lifecycle management.
Tracking & Operations
Monitor deployment of POS machines (distribution to sales teams, delivery to merchants, activation).
Identify variances and provide insights to support decision- making.
Sales Reporting & Data Management
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Qualifications & Experience
Preparing presentations, business reviews, and ad- hoc analysis.
Maintain and update dashboards (Excel/Power BI/Google Data Studio).
REQUIREMENTS
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, functions) and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Can perform report clearly and visible by Powerpoint.
1–3 years of experience in sales reporting, business analysis, or commercial operations (preferably in fintech, banking, or POS/payment solutions).
Ability to work with large data sets and provide actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.
