Sr. Fullstack Engineer Python, Javascript/Typescript

As a
Senior Full- stack Engineer,
your responsibilities shall include:

Implementing secure authentication, authorization, and data- protection mechanisms.
Designing and developing a scalable application layer, frontend and backend, from the ground up.
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
Collaborating with agent researchers/ engineers, PMs, and designers to turn product needs into technical solutions.
Integrating seamlessly with agent runtimes and pipelines to enable efficient deployment, orchestration, and monitoring.

Key Requirements

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Deep experience with modern backend and frontend technologies
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying production applications to the cloud
4+ years of experience in full- stack and backend development

Nice to Have Requirements

Knowledge of agent/ LLM concepts and frameworks
Active GitHub repository
Passion for AI, problem- solving, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible

Interview Process
Phone Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a 15- minute phone interview covering basic background and fit
Technical Interviews: If you pass the phone interview, we will proceed to the next two technical interviews below.
One 1- on- 1 interview: Focused on coding, systems design, or research.
One team interview: Discuss research directions; on- site participation in Ho Chi Minh city encouraged
HR Interview: Cover role expectations, work culture, and any logistical details.
Final Interview: A concluding conversation with senior leadership
