This is more than a development role; it&039;s an opportunity to be a pioneer at the intersection of AI, culture, and technology. As a key member of our growing Vietnam team, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our core "Votee MAGIC" platform—a revolutionary system for creating and deploying teams of intelligent AI agents. You will work on our most critical technical challenges, architecting the very systems that form our core intellectual property and deliver next- generation AI solutions to our clients.

What You&039;ll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full- stack applications using our core technology stack of Node.js (NestJS, Next.js) and Python (FastAPI).- Architect and implement complex, stateful, multi- agent workflows using advanced AI frameworks like Google ADK and LangChain to power our intelligent agent teams.- Take ownership of the deployment lifecycle by containerizing applications with Docker and managing orchestration, scaling, and resilience on Kubernetes (K8s).- Collaborate closely with AI researchers and data scientists to seamlessly integrate custom- trained LLMs and sophisticated AI models into our production platform.- Champion and practice an AI- native development culture, leveraging "vibe coding" principles and AI assistants to maximize creativity and accelerate the pace of innovation.- Contribute actively to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and rapid prototyping to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
What You&039;ll Bring (Qualifications)Must- Haves:- An exceptional problem- solving mindset and an open- minded, enthusiastic approach to embracing new technologies. This is the most important skill we are looking for.- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend software development, with a proven track record of building and shipping complex, high- quality products.- Expert- level proficiency in Python and experience with modern web frameworks like FastAPI.- Strong proficiency in the Node.js ecosystem, including server- side frameworks (NestJS or Express) and front- end libraries/frameworks (React or Next.js).- Solid experience with Docker and a strong conceptual understanding of containerization and micro services architecture.- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and consume complex RESTful APIs.Huge Plus / Preferred Qualifications:- Hands- on experience building applications with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or, ideally, Google&039;s Agent Development Kit (ADK).- Practical experience deploying, managing, or developing for Kubernetes (K8s) environments.- A genuine enthusiasm for the latest trends in AI and a mindset geared towards "vibe coding" and leveraging AI- assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).- Experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast- paced startup environment.
