SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)

- Responsible for the follow- up of material quality exceptions and the closure of SCAR for incoming materials from suppliers and production process products (20%)
- Support the manager to plan, execute and supervise the supplier quality management work. For example, annual supplier audit, assessment of supplier quality level, analysis of incoming quality level, improvement of incoming inspection capability, and improvement of IQC team capability (10%)
- Participate in the evaluation of new materials and the tracking and improvement of early delivery quality (5%)
- Participate in product approval for new product parts, lead to review supplier process, review supplier parts mass production data, and automotive parts should include PPAP (25%)
Implement SDP（Supplier Development & Prevention）, drive continuous improvement for key suppliers. (20%)
- Assist managers to achieve departmental work goals, save energy resources, and promote quality improvement activities (5%)
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors (5%)
- Develop and execute the improvement plan of the commodity to improve the performance of the responsible commodity (10%)
