SQE Engineer - Thai Nguyen

Supplier quality management for MIL OS suppliers in VN, including new and MP power tool projects.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the customer compliant and providing 8D SCAR report on notification of client complaint.
Handle MP Kaizen continuous quality improvement project
Perform product pre- shipment inspection, process audit and annual quality system audit; issue report; follow up non- conformities and ensure improvement and closure of deficiencies found in the audit for approved suppliers.
Handle New Product Development (finish product & component level) for new projects located in VN
New Supplier audit & evaluation
Handle PSI quality issue and providing 8D SCAR report

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic & Electrical or related field

Experience:

Preferably with 2- 3 years working experience for Electronic & Electrical design or manufacturing from Semiconductor/SMT/EMS company
At least 3- 5 years working experience for supplier quality management or quality engineering, and familiar with Kaizen, FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE etc. tools.

Knowledge:

Prefer to have quality management experience for electronic finish goods both in NPD & MP, such as loudspeaker, tester measurement, flood light or similar products, etc.
Prefer to have reliability test experience, familiar with design for related reliability test items, condition and FA and report test status, etc.

Functional Skills:

Good communication, and interpersonal skills
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
Able to work independently and pro- actively
