RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the customers for any issues raised (local and remote investigations);
• Analyze issues and identify root causes;
• Execute the test plan, report issue to the development team, verify bugs fixed.
• Formalize test reports;
• Other related duties.
• Specify, configure and maintain the test network;
• Identify, configure and operate test tools (CDRouter, Spirent smartbit, Abacus, ACS, Veriwave, Chariot, iperf, etc.);
• Build system validation (QA) plans and test cases;
• Reproduce issues reported by our customers;
• Build maturity metrics;
