Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Therapist Supervisor or Director of Spa & Recreation.
Provide professional massage, facial, and body treatments with consistency and according to hotel standards.
Adhere to guest contact standards at all times.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
Maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products; assist the Therapist Supervisor in monthly inventory.
Be aware of the events of the day and activities happening in the hotel or complex.
Be on time for shifts and work according to the assigned schedule.
Follow the daily checklist and adhere to instructions from the supervisor or above on working procedures.
Greet guests by name with a comfortable voice, friendly attitude, and hospitable demeanor.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow hygiene standards.
Be fully conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures.
Control the use of equipment and products under the supervision of the Therapist Supervisor.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Provide complete and knowledgeable information regarding the services offered by the hotel, including how and where guests can access them.
Alert security or the duty manager if a suspicious person is observed.

Solid background in Income Audit preferred
Preferred minimum 1- 3 years in accounting/auditing
Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with computer knowledge including MS Office
Degree in Accounting preferred, or Finance, Business Admin, or related field
Previous hospitality audit with computerized PMS and POS system. Micros Opera and Micros Symphony preferred or equivalent systems
Familiarity with accounting and auditing principles and practices
