Spa Receptionists

Job Description Summary

The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.
Responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards and reporting into the Spa Manager.

The ability to provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.
The ability to utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
The ability to read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
Responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards and reporting into the Spa Manager.
The ability to set up and handle gift certificates.
The ability to utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.
The ability to verify the attendant staff is present.
The ability to operate the computer, copier, typewriter and credit card machines.
The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
The ability to process outgoing mail.
The ability to follow proper payroll and key procedures.
The ability to process all charges.
The ability to requisition and stock office supplies for the desk.
The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
One + years&039; experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
