• Meets required attendance and grooming standards.
• Inform guest of the benefits of the different kinds of treatment and products
• Knows how to handle guest complaints and reports to the manager.
• Capable of handling other duties as assigned by supervisors/Manager.
• Make a daily cashier report at closing time.
• Promote retail sales to guest when massage or treatment finished.
• Strives for constant improvements and takes responsibilities for their own performance.
• Knows how to handle guest complaints.
• Understand how to make reservation, check in, walk in, cancellation and no show in computer system.
• Follows standards, policies and procedures.
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Explain the treatment details and products to the guests.
• Is open to new ideas and is willing to make changes in the job and routine as required.
• Is able to cope under pressure at busy times and responds positively to changes in the workplace.
• Prepare / set up reception area
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Know how to set up schedule for therapist in the computer.
• Ensure each guest completes and signs a waiver and health liability form and any health issues are relate or device to therapist.
• Refrain from any unnecessary conversation whilst within Spa treatments areas.
• Builds and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Works effectively with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
• Answer all calls within 3 rings using the guest surname at appropriate time throughout conversation.
• Control retail stocks, replenish when needed and rearrange as per set up standards.
• Maintain the highest levels of personal, guest hygiene and cleanliness within the reception areas at all times.
• Check and report daily operating product or oil stock to supervisor for ordering.
• Produce guest bill and obtains guest signature.
• Great and welcome the guest.
• Ensures that work quality meets the standards required and completes tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.
• Ensure Spa operations are running smoothly (set up as per standard)
• Knowledgeable of preparing the guest bill.

1- 2 years&039; customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality field
Young and good- looking
Fluent communication in English
Good team work skills
