Spa Internship (Receptionist) - Thực tập Spa ( Lễ tân)

- Observe and check the status of stationery and equipment in the spa area, call maintenance staff to handle if there is a problem
- Handling customer complaints or problems
- Scheduling reservations for guests and monitoring availability of treatment and colleagues to ensure punctual service as per the relevant skills of therapists.
- Complete daily reports and notes
- Complete other tasks as requested by the department head
- Support in charge of billing procedures and the correct reconciliation of funds at the reception desk and at the close of every shift as well as at the end of the day’s work.
- Receive and pass information to guests and departments correctly
- Complete daily opening procedures and checking lists per relevant area.
- Support procedures for welcoming guests into the spa, responding to all enquires while observing set standards

• Priority: Being able to start the internship early/ Ưu tiên thực tập toàn thời gian.

• Provide uniforms during the internship/ Cung cấp Đồng phục trong quá trình thực tập.

• Training in a professional environment/ Đào tạo trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp
• Have the opportunity to become a Full- time Employee after finishing the internship/ Có cơ hội trở thành Nhân viên Chính thức sau khi kết thúc thực tập.
• Meals during the shift/ Bữa ăn trong ca làm việc.
• Internship period: 03 months/ Thời gian thực tập: 03 tháng
