SOURCING (Tiếng Anh hoặc Trung)

- 負責供應商維繫、訂單處理、合約協商、價格優化及供應商管理。需具備大學或碩士學歷，精通中文和日文或英文，擅長Excel、PowerPoint等工具Responsible for supplier maintaining, PO processing, contract negotiation, price optimization, and supplier management. Requires a bachelor&039;s or master&039;s degree, proficiency in Chinese or English, and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- 新增供應商建立（包含供應商多汰、精簡、凍結及解凍）Establish new suppliers (including supplier optimization, simplification, freezing, and unfreezing)
- 價格維護、核可發起、相關價格資料收集與維護Price maintenance, approval initiation, and collection and maintenance of relevant price data
- 季度降價協商（包含議價、核價、比例分配）與成交條件優化Quarterly price reduction negotiations (including price negotiation, price verification, and proportional allocation) and optimization of transaction terms
- 成本優化（包含2nd導入）Cost optimization (including 2nd source introduction)
- 呆料/不良品/報廢品/耗材/設備等處理Supplier management and operation
- 訂單開立、追蹤、跟催、對帳、結算（結報）PO placement, tracking, follow- up, reconciliation, and settlement (reporting)
- 配合公司發展方向，制定供應商策略與新供應商開發、評鑑、稽核Align with company development direction, formulate supplier strategies, and develop new suppliers, supplier evaluation/audit
- 供應商相關合約協商與簽署Negotiate and sign supplier- related contracts

- 具備中文或英文溝通能力 (文件書寫, 電話溝通)。外語能力補助：持有合格語言證書者每月可領取 500,000 – 4,000,000 越南盾補助Proficiency in Chinese or English communication skills (document writing, phone communication). Language allowance: 500,000 – 4,000,000 VND/month for certified language proficiency.
- 清晰並合乎邏輯的簡報和表達能力Clear and logical presentation and communication skills
- 具備科技廠採購相關工作經驗者尤佳，無經驗亦可，提供完整培訓。Experience in procurement at a tech company is preferred, but not required — full training will be provided.
- 学士Bachelor&039;s degree
