Sourcing Executive Specialist

· Update information on product demand by industry
· Solve problems related to purchasing, shipping
· Build, expand, take good care of Supplier channel
· Negotiate with Suppliers, prepare contract between Vigo and Suppliers
· Make reports related to Supplier assessment every month
· Update market price information
· Communicate, work with customers/stakeholders inside and outside the company
· Contact, negotiate price with shipping unit
· Handle the work related to the purchasing process

Work location: HCM Office, Thao Dien, District 2, Thu Duc City, HCM City

· Good at computer skills: Word, Excel
· Team skills- can work collaboratively with others; develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, suppliers, colleagues, and customers
· Negotiation skills, cooperation and support
· Good at English is preferred
· Planning, problem solving and time management skills; work on timelines
· Positive attitude at work, willing to learn
· At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry, priority is given to candidates who have worked in purchasing position
