Solution Consultant (IT Services)

Participate in scope discovery meetings with prospects as requested
Take ownership and responsibility for customers’ risks and issues, when required
Proactively build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor
Liaise and collaborate with the Delivery teams and act as a conduit to identifying the best- in- class solutions and ensure the successful delivery of those solutions
Collaborate with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions in response to customer opportunities and requirements
Develop, design, document, and deliverthe scope of works, hour/cost estimates, and professional proposals that meet the customer&039;s requirements
Present value and technical knowledge when demonstrating digital transformation solutions.

Sound sales and organizational skills for a better sales pitch and collaterals
High level of understanding of search, recommendation and analytics systems
Fluent English is a must
2+ year of experience in IT service presales/ solution consultant experience and in customer- facing roles
Excellent writing proposals spanning business and technology domains
Strong understanding of software development processes with good experience and understanding of the application development processes
Having deep knowledge of technical aspects is a great advantage (cloud platforms, software integration methods, software architecture, etc.)
