Responsibilities
Mentor and coach senior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.
Lead the definition of technical standards, governance, and best practices to ensure high- quality architectural solutions.
Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring that solutions align with long- term goals and are adaptable to evolving requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable architectures.
Design end- to- end solution architectures for complex enterprise systems, including both cloud and on- premises environments.
Act as the primary technical leader for major projects, guiding teams through complex design challenges, trade- offs, and implementation decisions.
Drive initiatives around DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and cloud- native practices within the architecture framework.
Develop and present high- level architecture designs and detailed implementation roadmaps that align with both technical and business strategies.
Ensure that solutions meet non- functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Oversee system integration strategies, including API management, microservices, data flows, and third- party integrations.
Evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack, tools, and frameworks to achieve business objectives and technical excellence.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and advise on their applicability and value to the organization.
Note:
The position may require international travel for periods of 3 month to 6 months continuously per year
