At Everfit, we’re building the future of fitness and productivity through cutting- edge AI and scalable platforms. As our systems grow in complexity and scale, we’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our Engineering team.
Unlike roles that design systems from day zero, this Solution Architect will step in after core products are already in place- focusing on optimizing architecture, scaling systems, and ensuring seamless integration across our product ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring structure, performance, and best practices into our evolving technology stack.
Your impact
Modernization & Refactoring: Lead refactoring initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.
Integration Strategies: Define approaches for integrating third- party services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to extend Everfit’s ecosystem.
Mentorship & Guidance: Mentor engineers on architecture trade- offs, design patterns, and scalable engineering principles.
Implement & Optimize: Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, starting with stabilization and moving toward performance optimization.
Assess & Evaluate Systems: Conduct a deep evaluation of Everfit’s current systems to identify strengths, limitations, and potential risks.
Feature Expansion: Expand and evolve the structure of existing features, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and future- proof design.
Propose Scalable Approaches: Recommend strategies to maintain, optimize, and scale the system architecture for future growth.
Best Practices: Establish and advocate for system design standards, data management practices, and architecture documentation.
Design & Decision- Making: Translate product and business needs into clear architectural decisions, ensuring they align with Everfit’s roadmap and long- term goals.
Bridge Business & Tech: Act as a connector between product requirements and technical execution, ensuring solutions meet both customer needs and operational efficiency.
