We are expanding our technical leadership team and seeking a talented Software Technical Lead with expertise in software development and data- driven projects to lead strategic initiatives and ensure delivery excellence.

Collaborate with cross- functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and designers to define technical requirements and project scope.
Ensure quality assurance through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring.
Drive technical decision- making, balancing trade- offs between speed, scalability, cost, and maintainability.
Architect and design scalable, high- performance solutions across web, mobile, and data platforms.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert- level resolution support.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in both software engineering and data technologies.
Lead end- to- end technical delivery of software development and data engineering projects for international clients.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication on technical aspects and progress updates.
Guide and mentor development teams, providing hands- on technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
Proven experience leading data engineering, data analytics, or Big Data projects (e.g., data lakes, ETL pipelines, BI dashboards).
Strong background in backend and frontend development using modern tech stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, React, Angular, etc.).
Familiarity with data pipelines, tools like Airflow, dbt, Kafka, or Spark is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and teams across time zones.
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
Excellent in English communication skills
Hands- on experience with databases, both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with data governance, GDPR compliance, and data security best practices.
Experience with AI/ML pipelines, data visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Experience working in outsourcing or consulting environments with international clients.
