Job Descriptions:
Update knowledge of the market and competitors;
Focus on selling OMN1 core services to potential and existing customers; Convert customer problems into sales opportunities;
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients;
Achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas;
Establish new business development opportunities through networking, trade shows, industry events, activities, training programs and conferences…;
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Manage sales process through lead generation to closure;
Coordinate with Pre- sales team to demonstrate and scale solutions to meet client needs and maximize revenue potential;
Work with all Sales, Customer Services & Marketing technology;

Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure, adaptability to change.
2+ years of quota carrying, technology- based sales experience;
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skill;
Direct and new business sales experience;
Hard working and self- accountable;
Track record of meeting / exceeding sales quota;
Fluent in both spoken and written English;
Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner;
