Software Project Manager

Lead key initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple cross- functional teams including product, engineering, data, and operations to create a viable software- hardware platform for Earable.
Provide day- to- day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product goals are met.
Perform risk management and change management on projects
Drive internal process improvements, bridging gaps across multiple teams and ensuring teams are working on high impact projects that align with company mission and goals.
Develop and manage end- to- end project plans with specific milestones, pre- defined key results, and deliverables to ensure on- time launches.

At least 5 years of experience with project management, production line management.
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across multi- disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Experience in delivering products from inception to actual product that serves customers’ needs.
Strong analytical thinking and data- driven decision- making skills
Technical knowledge and/or experience in Wearable, Healthcare, Smart- Soft Goods.
Excellent organizational, coordinating, and multi- tasking skills
International product launch experience (optional).
Demonstrated management skills (including time management, resource management, and more)
