Software Engineer, Real-Time Text-to-Speech Pyhon/AI

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our innovative AI team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing our next- generation, real- time text- to- speech (TTS) engine. You will be responsible for the end- to- end lifecycle of our speech synthesis models, from researching the latest techniques to deploying and optimizing them for low- latency, high- performance applications. What You&039;ll Do

System Design: Collaborate with a cross- functional team of engineers and researchers to design and build a highly efficient, end- to- end TTS system.
Deployment & MLOps: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and APIs for our real- time TTS engine. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment.
Performance Monitoring: Develop tools and dashboards to monitor the performance, latency, and resource utilization of our production TTS services.
Research & Development: Investigate, implement, and evaluate state- of- the- art algorithms in speech synthesis and deep learning to continuously improve the naturalness and quality of our TTS voices.
Code Quality: Write clean, well- documented, and rigorously tested code in Python and other relevant languages.
Model Optimization: Profile, quantize, and optimize deep learning models for high- throughput, low- latency inference on our server infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor&039;s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of object- oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and working in a Linux server environment.
Hands- on experience with at least one major deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
2+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on finetuning and deploying AI/ML models.
Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
Proven experience in optimizing machine learning models for production environments (e.g., model compression, quantization, inference speed- ups).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with high- performance systems programming languages like Rust or C++.
Experience with basic CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Direct experience with speech synthesis (TTS), speech recognition (ASR), or digital audio processing.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with backend web frameworks like Django or Flask for creating RESTful APIs.
