Software Developer DevSecOps Enterprise Integration

Role Overview
We are seeking a technically sharp and business- savvy Software Developer to support our sales team in Vietnam. This is a client- facing role, responsible for understanding customer challenges, shaping solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. If you have experience working with enterprise software in regulated industries and thrive in a fast- paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Work with developers and operations teams to resolve security and system issues.
Explore customer technology needs and contribute to solution proposals.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct security testing, vulnerability assessments, and support remediation efforts.
Provide technical support and training to clients and internal stakeholders.
Automate tasks and workflows using scripting languages and CI/CD tools.
Integrate DevSecOps best practices into client infrastructures and development processes.
Identify, implement, and monitor security controls across the development pipeline.
Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable system solutions.
Document technical processes and stay current on emerging DevSecOps methodologies and tools.
Participate in project planning, implementation, and ensure smooth execution with the project manager.

Key Requirements

3–7 years of experience in presales & post sales, solution consulting, or enterprise IT architecture
Strong understanding of system analysis, design principles, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience in a fast- paced, client- service oriented environment preferred.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands- on experience with Linux environments.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Proven experience as a Software Developer/System Analyst in a system integration or enterprise IT environment.
Solid grasp of DevSecOps concepts, with exposure to security testing tools.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Java or C is an advantage.
Must be proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
Strong problem- solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (DevOps, Security, CISSP, etc.) are an advantage.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Technical certifications (e.g., Atlassian ACP, AWS/Azure, ITIL, Kubernetes)
Experience with ITIL, Agile/DevOps practices, or enterprise architecture frameworks
