Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results- driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across various social media platforms for our e- commerce platform. Your role will involve creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure the success of our online presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in product development of Solaso.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies based on metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback on social media, assist in addressing concerns, and relay valuable insights to the customer service and product teams.
Social Media Management: Manage daily posts, stories and interactions on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and timely responses.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategies are fresh and innovative.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that align with business objectives, driving traffic and conversions on our e- commerce platform.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with followers, customers and influencers.
Content Creation: Develop high- quality, engaging and shareable content (graphics, videos, blog posts) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

2 – 3 years of proven experience in social media management, ideally in the e- commerce sector.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Literature, Chinese language, Communication, Advertising and other related field.
Passionate about the e- commerce and digital marketing landscape.
Knowing English or Chinese is advantageous
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others popular in Vietnam.
