CClarity is a web application that helps B2B entrepreneurs and solopreneurs grow their business through LinkedIn by finding relevant leads and helping them build thought leadership through quality content.
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail- oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in LinkedIn content to join our marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging visual content specifically optimized for LinkedIn, with secondary focus on other social media platforms.
You&039;ll work closely with the founder to create designs that capture attention, drive engagement, and strengthen our brand presence, with particular emphasis on professional B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for campaigns
• Master LinkedIn&039;s specific design specifications, image ratios, and best practices for maximum engagement
• Create eye- catching graphics, animations, and visual content primarily for LinkedIn, with secondary focus on other platforms as needed
• Design professional LinkedIn- optimized templates that maintain brand consistency while resonating with B2B audiences
• Develop visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, including thought leadership posts and carousel slides
• Transform complex information into visually appealing infographics and data visualizations optimized for LinkedIn&039;s professional audience
• Stay current with LinkedIn algorithm updates and content trends,
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Requirements
• Experience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools
• Great portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills
• Great attitude and willingness to learn and adopt AI
Bonus points if you have (not a must)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and how design impacts engagement metrics
• Photography skills
• Experience with video editing software
• UI/UX design experience
