Job Description:
Revenue & Campaign Management
Act as the main lead driving GMV, CR, and ROI across Facebook and Website sales channels for multiple product categories.
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize sales, affiliate, video commerce, and livestream- integrated campaigns to maximize conversion and revenue
Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps, provide insights, and propose growth- driven optimization plans.
Work directly with brand partners to understand business needs, resolve issues, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Channel & Strategy Development
Contribute to building short- and mid- term social commerce strategies together with management and cross- functional teams.
Oversee content, media, and conversion performance across Facebook and Website, ensuring strong brand consistency and business impact.
Collaborate closely with the Livestream Commerce team to enhance traffic synergy and user journey from livestream to web purchase.
Monitor user behavior, competitor trends, and channel performance metrics to propose actionable improvements.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Seniors, Executives and Intern in operations, coordination, and project execution functions.
Encourage process- oriented and data- based thinking to enhance team execution quality
Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure efficient, high- quality execution.
Foster team alignment, resolve operational challenges, and maintain a motivated, collaborative team environment.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with affiliate systems, livestream commerce, and video- based campaigns.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure.
2–3 years of experience in e- commerce operations, project management, or social commerce execution.
Data- driven thinker with strong analytical ability to interpret campaign performance.
Strategic mindset paired with hands- on execution.
Experienced in working with platforms similar to Haravan.
Strong sense of organization and process optimization; experience in leading teams through structured workflow.
Proven ability in coordinating cross- functional teams and managing campaign timelines across multiple platforms.
