SME Relationship Manager (Banking experienced)

We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic
Corporate
Relationship Manager (SME)
with a background in the B2B/ Corporate credit banking area to grow and scale up our SME Lending business in Vietnam through effective partnership strategies.

First KYC, credit appraisal customers as Validus guidelines and requirements
Follow EWS to control DPDs/NPLs and support collection if needed
Manage KPIs to achieve the targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships. Upsell/Cross- sell others products
Identify, prospect and close business opportunities with client prospects within the established, predefined anchor partners
Coordinate with other internal departments, especially Risk Team to deliver the good products and services to the customers
Onboarding new customers, cross- selling of different products
Deep understanding of the customer’s demands and providing proper products
Ensure best in class customer experience as well as complaint handling for all partners and customers under assigned portfolios

Other tasks as required
Evaluate, review & report on selected customers in conjunction with the Risk team to provide timely recovery actions

Result- oriented, well- organized & enthusiastic
Have strong Problem solving skill, ability to handle complex situations.
At least 2 years’ Sales experience in Corporate credit banking in the bank. Supply Chain Financing (B2B Fully Unsecured) Experience is advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Commerce/Banking or relative field
Must be Open minded, well- connected, good interpersonal skill and adapt to change
Have strong sales skills and communication in Vietnamese and English
Desire to success and overcome challenges, work under high pressure
