TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
Giám sát và hướng dẫn thợ thi công làm theo chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật từ nhà máy. Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, điều phối, giám sát chất lượng, tiến độ, vệ sinh an toàn lao động tại công trường. Trực tiếp xử lý các việc phát sinh trong công trình, dự án.
Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận liên quan để điều phối giao hàng, bàn giao, nghiệm thu hàng hoá…
Phối hợp với thầu phụ và các bộ phận liên quan để hoàn thành hồ sơ hỗ trợ cho việc thi công, nghiệm thu lắp đặt…
Thực hiện nghiệm thu hoàn thành, hồ sơ khối lượng quyết toán cho dự án.
Kiểm tra, đối chiếu khối lượng, hao hụt với nhà máy để hạn chế sai tối đa sai sót.
Tính toán khối lượng, hao hụt cho các hạng mục nội thất và các sản phẩm liên quan.
Báo cáo tình hình tiến độ công trình, chất lượng. Lập biên bản ghi nhận những yêu cầu phát sinh trong quá trình thi công.
Những công việc khác theo sự điều động của cấp trên.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with relevant departments to coordinate delivery, handover, and acceptance of materials and equipment.
Calculate quantities and wastages for all interior items and related products.
Supervising and guiding installers/ workers follow the instruction from the factory. Responsible for management, coordination and supervision of quality, progress, occupational safety and health at the construction site. Directly handle the arising issues in the works and projects.
Check and compare the quantities and wastages with the factory to minimize errors.
Other jobs as assigned by superiors.
Carrying out the completed acceptance documents, and the settlement quantities for the project.
Report the status of the project progress, quality. Make a record of requirements arising during the construction process.
Coordinate with subcontractors and related departments to complete documentation supporting installation and inspection works.
