Site Supervisor (Project Leader) - Retail Store

Develop and communicate detailed work- plan, timelines and budgets for projects
Track project milestones and deliverables and produce regular progress update reports to Top management and team members
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop and recommend contingency plans
Analyze and provide recommendations for the selection of contractors/suppliers, including engineers, architects, construction companies, other technical contractors
Meet the build- out requirements of Master Franchisor/Principles
Estimate resources, materials and participants needed to achieve project goals
Develop plan for fit- out, M&E and/or refurbishment work for new or existing stores
After fit out/refurbishment is completed, develop maintenance plan and schedule for the store(s)
Coordinate all aspects of a project including develop project budgets and scope of work, permit acquisition, and working with project team/landlord to carry out feasibility assessment, concept development, design and construction management
Manage designers, contractors, suppliers to ensure their work is high quality, reasonably priced, timely and meets all project objectives
Support all project teams with facility related activities such as design review, site supervision, and technical problem solving
Project closure and report.

Construction engineering/project management education background.
Experience in Facilities design for retail stores is a plus
Able to manage multiple projects at once.
Experience in energy- saving programs is a plus
Experience in documentations management
Can communicate in English with foreigners is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in retail store construction/short- term projects, project management.
Minimum of 2- year work experience as a Project Leader in the retail field.
