Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

- Ensure the deployment and operation of the company&039;s applications and platforms operate stably and effectively.

Give out overall solutions, estimate the time, or solve issues correctly.
Involved in release & change management
Continuously analyze and optimize system performance to ensure smooth and fast user experiences.
Work on Platforms: AWS, Outsystem , Workato
Supports operations & maintains system reliability
Build and improve observability
In case of fixing issues, do the degrade checking carefully and can report or explain your solution clearly and smartly.
Automation & effort reduction
Create or update the design documents, if any.
Proactively monitor systems to detect and respond to issues.
Collaborate with multiple Departments, Stakeholders, or other Team members with good communication and good teamwork to solve the issue.

Skilled in scripting and automation using Python or Bash.
Have 2 years working as a System Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
Hands- on experience with configuration management tools and Infrastructure- as- Code like Terraform, Ansible.
JP is an advantage.
Have experience in Linux Systems Administration in cloud or virtualized environments.
Experience deploying and maintaining services in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
English (required).
Solid understanding of observability tooling ELK, Grafana, Prometheus or similar.
Have 1+ year working with cloud flatform or automation (CI/CD) solutions is an advantage.
Experience operating and scaling distributed systems.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker; production experience is an advantage.
Have certificates related System Engineer or Cloud service is an advantage.
