JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Management at the Site
• Coordinate with the Engineering Team to fully understand the Transport Plan, RA, MS.
• Act as the focal point for deploying SPMT/TRAILERS operations according to project requirements.
• Organize Pre- Task Meetings and Toolbox Meetings.
Technical and equipment management
• Ensure that operation complies with load limits and technical specifications.
• Inspect equipment condition using the checklist before/during/after operation.
• Handle on- site technical issues; coordinate with Site Supervisors and the Technical Team.
• Supervise assembly and operation of SPMT (modules, PPU, hydraulic system)
Training & Development for Operators
• Provide basic guidance and coaching on simple troubleshooting.
• Develop theoretical and practical SPMT training programs.
• Evaluate staff competency and propose internal capability development.
• Conduct training on SOP and risk identification.
Onsite Manpower Coordination
• Assign tasks to Operators, Supervisors, Signalmen, Riggers.
• Ensure adequate manpower for safe operation and risk control.
• Monitor performance, work quality, and compliance with SOP.
Safety & Quality (HSE & QA/QC)
• Inspect ground conditions, load capacity, route survey.
• Control safety for Load- in/Load- out, jacking, and module rotation.
• Comply with HSE standards, internal OSHA/ISO.
Customer Relations & Reporting
• Represent the company when working with clients at the site.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 loadout manager jobs at major projects such as PTSC MC, PVC MS, PVShipyard, VSP, etc.
• Preference given to candidates who have worked with SPMT Scheuerle, Goldhofer, Kamag, or similar equipment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Male (aged 30 to 50), Good health.
• Graduated from college/university in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Support volume confirmation, timesheet & acceptance documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, operation logs, and safety documents when on site.
• Solid understanding of SPMT systems, including:
+ Hydraulic & Power Pack
+ Steering, Suspension System
+ Modul configuration (2- file, 4- file, open compound…)
• English proficiency.
• Safety- oriented mindset and good problem- solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and withstand high work pressure.
• Strong decision- making skills.
• Discipline – responsibility – honesty.
• Able to read technical drawings, transport plans, and method statements.
• Good communication skills, capable of handling work situations and incidents.
• Office IT skills.
• Ability to manage documents and records.
• Good English communication is an advantage (reading technical documents).
• Ability to work independently and in teams, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to manage construction sites, supervise personnel, and handle incidents.

WORKING LOCATION & SCHEDULE
• Working location: 238, 3/2 Street, Hoa Hung Ward (former District 10), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and projects as directed by the company;
• Working hours: 08:00 – 17:15, Monday to Saturday – Saturday working hours: 08:00 – 12:00 or flexible depending on the project.
