Show Leader (Event Agency)

The Show Leaders works closely with the Planning & Management team to transform event concepts into complete, engaging, and technically feasible show executions. This role is responsible for developing show content, directing production, and ensuring seamless coordination across performance, technical elements, and live operations.
Your responsibilities will include:

Ensure show execution aligns with project timelines, budgets, and technical constraints.
Collaborate with the Planning & Management team to develop show concepts into full run- downs and execution plans.
Direct and manage show content production: scripts, stage blocking, technical effects, rehearsals, and live show operation.
Work closely with internal teams, performers, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination.
Contribute creative ideas and support ad- hoc tasks related to show production and direction.
Design and deliver show elements including performance, sound, lighting, and visual effects in line with client objectives and brand identity.

What we will be looking for in you:

Minimum 3 years of experience in show production or stage direction (large- scale events preferred).
Strong creative thinking combined with logical problem- solving skills.
Detail- oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders and processes.
Strong leadership, coordination, and time- management abilities.
Solid experience in event stage management, including performance, sound & lighting, visual effects, and full show run- downs.
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
