What You’ll Do

Directly engage and collaborate with international clients, ensuring effective communication, project alignment, and successful delivery.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Shopify stores.
Actively leverage AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other developer- assistive technologies to optimize coding efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Develop and customize Shopify themes, applications, and integrations using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
Ensure responsive design and seamless user experiences that meet client business objectives.

A strong understanding of e- commerce best practices, user experience (UX) principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Ability to understand and interpret business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and impactful Shopify solutions.
Demonstrable usage of AI- driven development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other productivity- enhancing tools).
Strong willingness and comfort interacting directly with international clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their e- commerce objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience developing Shopify stores, themes, and custom applications (open to various experience levels; strong practical portfolio preferred).
Proactive problem- solving mindset and collaborative attitude, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide real business value.
Familiarity with core Shopify technologies (Liquid templating, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Shopify APIs).

Familiarity with modern development frameworks or headless commerce (e.g., Hydrogen, Next.js).
Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams.
Understanding of version control systems (Git).
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
