Evaluating new technology and techniques to improve our products and processes
Troubleshoot and solve bugs as they come up, and to identify areas for site improvement
Training app development skills to other developers
Extending Shopify platforms through the installation and setup of apps. Including integrating apps into the customer experience
Maintain and customize our Shopify environment and other related app in the shopify ecosystem (affiliate platform, review platform, customer support system, email marketing platform)
Communicating and updating the Project Manager with progress.
Providing support to non tech teams in the use of Shopify, Ticket helpdesk system (Freshworks) and its apps.
Contributing to internal projects to create or improve our services relate to the use of Shopify or the integrations with Shopify

Experience working with Ruby, JSON, and REST APIs is a plus
University degree is a plus.
2 years + of experience working with Shopify themes and shopify app installations/ setup or integrations
Expertise in creating web designs and execution (landing page with lead gen form) and user interfaces (UI)
Expertise in developing or operating payment gateways, inventories and ecommerce is a plus
Proficiency in front- end development technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
