Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Lead to direct product strategy, roadmap development and ensure high return on investment.

Ensure features from design to live stage are well aligned with the end goals crafted.
Collaborating with Regional PMs & Developers to ensure product feature roadmaps are delivered on time in full.
Creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap that outlines major initiatives and timelines.
Architecturing product & product strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s broader goals and market opportunities.
Identifying and exploring new product opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies and market trends.
Collaborating with Local Business cross functional teams to identify the key questions and improvements to be delivered through features initiatives & development.
Leadership and development for the Product team to ensure the deliverables aligned with the whole business. Fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the product team.
Troubleshooting pain points from both business needs and product performance angles.
Tracking the key and supporting product metrics, in line with overall business metrics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Resilience to handle challenges and changes with a positivity and a focus on finding solutions with clear goals in mind.
Solid knowledge and experience in data analysis to interpret product performance metrics and make data- driven decisions.
Able to work under fast paced environment to response to changes in market conditions or internal priorities.
Proven 7+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role, 2+ years experience as a Product Lead is a plus.
Proficiency in organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational processes. Experience in managing and developing e- commerce or related O2O industry products is preferred.
Proficiency in project management and problem- solving skills.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the technologies and platforms used in the product development process.
Fluent in English.
