Shift Leader Intern (Production Team)

JOB PURPOSE
This role aims to develop communication and operational management skills in a real production environment, while maintaining regular and transparent communication with the Supervisor regarding important activities and events.
The Intern supports daily production operations under the guidance of the Production Supervisor by coordinating team activities, monitoring workflow, and ensuring assigned tasks are executed in accordance with operational guidelines.
JOB DUTIES

Main Duties (90% – Daily and on request):
Assist the Team Leader in handling shift coverage issues to ensure smooth production operations.
Communicate and remind full- time staff and part- timers of important updates, training sessions, meetings, and notices as instructed by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Support and respond to questions related to daily workflow and systems.
Report any unexpected issues or special cases to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Support team members with clock- in/clock- out procedures and assist in addressing client requests or production- related issues when required.

Other Duties (10% – As needed):
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Education:

Final- year students or fresh graduates majoring in English, Graphics, Business Analysis (BA), or related fields.
Professional Knowledge:
Proficient in computer software.

Computer skills (Email, Internet, Microsoft Office)
Communication skills

Experience:Experience working with European clients and knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop is a strong advantage.
