Production & Operations Management
Collaborate across shifts for seamless communication and operations.
Manage production data (input/output, quality, workforce, tools), ensure schedule adherence, and escalate issues when needed.
Conduct daily shift meetings to address SHE/ESG, production, quality, and potential risks.
Monitor yield and scrap rates, implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead daily operations in assembly areas, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, utilization, and employee performance.
Team Management & Development
Set KPIs and conduct annual performance reviews and individual development plans (IDPs).
Drive team development, flexibility, competence, and maintain a cooperative work environment.
Train, coach, and motivate staff; support onboarding and ongoing skill development.
Supervise Operators, Team Leaders, Water Spiders, DLS.
Continuous Improvement (CI)
Lead and support Kaizen and CI initiatives to improve product, process, and work environment.
Share best practices across teams.
Maintain and audit 5S standards; report non- conformities and support audit closures.
Systems & Reporting
Conduct shift meetings, provide training, and support BI reporting and audits.
Ensure compliance with MES, identify root causes of abnormal data, and implement corrective actions.
Talent Management
Forecast and propose recruitment needs to meet business demand.
Conduct exit interviews and build talent pools (e.g., Line Assistants, Water Spiders).
Learning & Development
Promote company culture and encourage participation in internal events.
Share lessons learned and good practices.
Deliver technical training and mentoring (Buddy role).
Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) & ESG
Monitor working time compliance (e.g., 12- hour breaks, overtime limits).
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, 45001, and company safety regulations.
Engage in ESG initiatives and promote team involvement.
Conduct safety audits, promote a safe working environment, and report incidents or near misses.
Project Support
Support production- related projects (e.g., training, ramp- up plans).
Collect and analyze data as assigned by superiors.
