Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and hands- on SHEQ Manager to lead our safety, environmental, and quality management systems. Mission
Develop, implement and maintain the following certified Management System ensuring that the Company achieve the requirement of the applicable standards at all times the SHEQ system (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality):
• ISO 14001: Environmental Management System
• OHSAS 18001: Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• ISO 9001: Quality Management System (QMS)
Main responsibilities
The SHEQ Manager shall co- ordinate the activities required to meet quality standard; and shall aim to ensure that the product and service which our Company provided is fit with the purpose and met both external and internal requirements, including legal and other requirements and customer satisfaction.
Quality Management System (QMS):
• Report on the performance of the Quality Management System including needs for performance improvement
• Responsible for ensuring the completeness and validity of all the quality procedures, instruction and specifications.
• Establish corrective actions to deal with situations where the system is found to be inadequate.
Management Review Meetings.
• Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System.
Environmental, Health and Safety Management System
• Organize and conduct workplace inspections to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process liable to cause bodily injuries to any person or has an impact on the environment.
• Report Sustainability data to the Group as and when required.
• Advise on the measures to be taken in the interest of occupational health and safety, impact and aspect on the environment.
• Lead customer satisfaction projects to improve the Company’s Net Promoter Scores.
• Co- ordinate the activities required to meet our commitment to conduct and continually improve our operations in the manner, which preserve the environment for all interested parties and to provide a safe and healthy working environment to all our employees as far as practicable.
• Investigate any accident, nearly misses, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational diseases.
• Maintain frequent and/or monthly status reports to the management.
• Carry out special projects as instructed by the General Manager.
