Service Work Controller (Điều phối viên)

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam (FBVN) is a wholly owned subsidiary FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation which contributes multifunction devices (Multifunctional printers; desktop printers...); business document management solutions; digital transformation in various platform (cloud mobile on- premises) and graphic communication services.

Daily task report
Get approval from management for back up consumable in case needed
Assign technician and manage them from assigning till task closed
Create consumable order
Daily customer call monitoring from call log in system till problem fixed
Assist Manager and General Manager for all requests
Customer bad debt follows up by setting/remove note on system
Send quotation, monitor and confirm payment for some cases
Monitoring monthly maintenance, assign technician to meet target
Get involve on checking step for new machine installation

University degree or equivalent qualification
Ability to work under high pressure
Good at English
At least 2 years of experience, and knowledge on related job is advantage
Good in Excel, and office application
Interpersonal communication
Organized, reliable, self- motivated and confidence personality
