Senior Web Designer

Responsibilities

ArctX Solution LLC, a leading global IT solutions provider, is in search of a talented Senior Web Designer. This role is crucial for conceptualizing and transforming creative ideas into visually stunning website designs that adhere to branding standards. The Senior Web Designer will primarily focus on crafting logos, banners, and themes, while also setting design standards to maintain top- tier website appearances.

- Design visual imagery for websites, ensuring alignment with required branding
- Incorporate functionalities and features into websites to enhance user experience
- Conceptualize creative ideas to develop website designs
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for website development
- Work closely with team members, including developers and content creators, to ensure website designs meet project goals and timelines
- Prepare design plans and present website structures to clients and team members
- Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
- Design sample pages, including selection of colors and fonts, to showcase website design concepts
- Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards and branding guidelines

- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and website hosting platforms will be an advantage
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Graphic design or related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Work knowledge of the English language
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design and development will be a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with the latest international web protocols, standards, and technologies
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe (XD, Illustrator), Photoshop, and other visual design tools (InDesign)
- Problem- solving skills to address design challenges and user experience issues
- Proficient understanding of cross- browser compatibility issues will be considered a huge advantage
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user- system interaction
- Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
