The Role
As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you&039;ll create exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design solutions. You&039;ll apply human- centered design principles to transform complex requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. This role combines strategic thinking with hands- on execution, requiring expertise in both UX methodologies and UI craftsmanship to deliver experiences that are both beautiful and functional.
Key Responsibilities
Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes at varying fidelities to effectively communicate concepts and validate solutions
Design System Contribution: Maintain and contribute to design systems that ensure consistency while enabling efficient implementation
User Testing: Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Visual Design Excellence: Craft polished UI designs with sophisticated visual systems including typography, color, and component libraries
Product Development: Transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms
User Experience Design: Create comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, information architecture, and interaction models based on user research and business requirements
Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and methodologies, applying new techniques to improve user experiences.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints
Design Implementation: Prepare and deliver detailed design specifications and assets for development teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products across multiple platforms (mobile, web, and other touchpoints)
Expert proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Sketch and other design and prototyping tools
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Experience working in collaborative, cross- functional product teams

Experience participating in user research and applying insights to design
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work and problem- solving abilities (required for application)
Bachelor&039;s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical
experience)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
