Senior UX/UI designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and development of compelling user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user- centered design, strong visual design skills, and a proven track record of creating and delivering intuitive and engaging user interfaces. As a senior member of the team, collaborate with cross- functional teams, and take ownership of key design implementations throughout the product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design
Build and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all products.
Lead and manage the design process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring the creation of best- in- class user experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
Design and create polished, innovative, and user- friendly interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
User Research and Requirements Alignment
Translate research findings into detailed user flows, wireframes, and high- fidelity mockups.
Develop and articulate design ideas and standards aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Use data and analytics to inform design decisions, continuously improving the product experience.
As part of the product and customer engagement, lead and conduct usability testing and gather feedback from customers to refine designs implementations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, articulating how designs support both user and business goals.
Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Work closely with business owners, product management and customer engagement, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and results- oriented team environment.
UI/UX Standards
Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system that standardizes UI components, typography, color palettes, and interaction patterns.
Ensure that the design system supports responsive and accessible design principles.
Create style guides, design systems, and component libraries for use by design and development teams.
Work with product teams to enforce uniformity and ensure consistency in UI/UX across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Develop comprehensive UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a consistent and user- centered approach across all digital products.
Innovation & Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in UI/UX to drive innovation within the design team.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in existing products.

Experience & Education:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of end- to- end product design.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human- Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working on both web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile- first design principles.
Proficiency in creating design systems and visual frameworks.
Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and other prototyping tools.
Experience with front- end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Open to feedback and able to iterate designs quickly based on input from stakeholders and users
Exceptional problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple products simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
