The Role
As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you&039;ll create exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design solutions. You&039;ll apply human- centered design principles to transform complex requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. This role combines strategic thinking with hands- on execution, requiring expertise in both UX methodologies and UI craftsmanship to deliver experiences that are both beautiful and functional.
Key Responsibilities
• Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and methodologies, applying new techniques to improve user experiences.
• User Testing: Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Design System Contribution: Maintain and contribute to design systems that ensure consistency while enabling efficient implementation
• Visual Design Excellence: Craft polished UI designs with sophisticated visual systems including typography, color, and component libraries
• User Experience Design: Create comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, information architecture, and interaction models based on user research and business requirements
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes at varying fidelities to effectively communicate concepts and validate solutions
• Cross- functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints
• Product Development: Transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms
• Design Implementation: Prepare and deliver detailed design specifications and assets for development teams
Requirements
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Sketch and other design and prototyping tools
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products across multiple platforms (mobile, web, and other touchpoints)
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work and problem- solving abilities (required for application)
• Experience working in collaborative, cross- functional product teams
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Experience participating in user research and applying insights to design decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
