Gameplay & Feature Development
- Collaborate with Game Designers to prototype quickly and iterate on core mechanics.
- Develop and refine high- quality 2D/3D gameplay features for puzzle and hybrid- casual titles.
Technical Architecture & Code Quality
- Contribute to a clean, consistent codebase and help define engineering best practices.
- Design modular, scalable, and maintainable systems that support long- term production.
Performance & Stability
- Profile and optimize performance across a wide range of mobile devices.
- Ensure build reliability and runtime stability for all game releases.
Tools & Workflow Improvement
- Support and enhance validation processes to ensure smoother development and higher build quality.
- Implement solutions that help increase testability and reduce regression risks.
- Build internal tools and automated workflows that improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.
Integration & Build Support
- Integrate third- party services (analytics, ads, tracking, etc.).
- Support build/deployment workflows and maintain a smooth development environment.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross- functionally with PMs, Game Designers, and Artists to identify optimal technical solutions.
- Mentor mid- level/junior developers to level up the engineering team.
AI & Data- Enhanced Development
- Collaborate with Data and AI teams to integrate data- informed features that improve player experience and game performance.
- Contribute to building a development workflow that increasingly benefits from automation and smart tooling.
- Work with internal tools that leverage AI to accelerate content creation, testing, or gameplay analysis.

Must have
- Solid experience with 3D gameplay, physics, and performance optimization.
- 6+ years of Unity experience in mobile game development.
- Good understanding of the mobile game production lifecycle and development workflows.
- Strong command of C, design patterns, and system architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience building internal tools or editor tooling.
- Familiarity with data- driven development and fast prototyping cycles.
- Experience with automated workflows, validation processes, or build automation.
- Prior experience owning technical modules or guiding small engineering groups.
