Strong experiences in quality risk management with ability to summarize / analyze test result for highlight the risk / issue and provide recommendation for mitigation, contingency, improvement.
Good logic and experiences in automated testing with ability to drive / support implement test automation.
At least 6 years of experience in management end- to- end functional testing for SIT / UAT in complex projects both manual testing and automation.
Bachelor or Master&039;s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in multi- cultural team with people from various backgrounds.
Strong passion and desire to move forward and lift up own skills under a challenging environment.
Good knowledge of banking products and services would be an advantage.
Good understanding of software testing life cycle / test processes in various SDLC methodologies.
Strong understanding of project management, ensure that test management is aligned with projects objective / scope / plan to accomplish the testing on time, on budget, with quality.
