Senior Technical Merchandiser

Manage end- to- end production follow- up for multiple footwear collections simultaneously (SS and AW seasons)

Act as the primary point of contact between European brand clients and Vietnamese factories
Coordinate fitting sample approvals, bulk production sign- offs, and final QC inspections
Proactively monitor and communicate production timelines, flagging risks before they become delays

Liaise with QC inspectors and ensure inspection results (FITT, Final) are reviewed, escalated, and resolved promptly
Maintain twice- weekly factory production updates and escalate deviations to management immediately Prepare and manage shipping documentation, packing lists, and LC- related paperwork

Sign and take formal ownership of a defined responsibility document as part of onboarding
Ensure all client communications are professional, timely, and in English

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical merchandising within the footwear industry

Proven experience managing European brand clients — understanding of European market expectations, seasonal calendars, and delivery standards is essential
Strong knowledge of factory QC coordination, including fitting inspections, bulk approval processes, and defect escalation protocols

Proficiency in ERP or production tracking software
English fluency is mandatory — all client and management communications are conducted in English Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure

Professional communication standards — including proper email protocol, company signature use, and formal client correspondence
Team player with a proactive, solutions- oriented mindset
