Senior / Tech Lead Backend Spring Boot Kotlin / Java

• We are looking for a Senior/Leader Spring Boot Developer with deep experience in designing and developing large- scale backend systems using Spring Boot (Kotlin or Java).
• You will be involved in analyzing requirements, designing system architecture, building and optimizing critical systems to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Working hours: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM), Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off).

Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with frontend, mobile, DevOps and QA teams to ensure product quality.
Participate in code review, provide technical direction, and support other team members.
Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Spring Boot (Kotlin/Java).
Propose and apply new technical solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Design architecture, processing flows, and core modules for large- scale backend systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and source control tools.
Minimum 5 years of backend development experience with Spring Boot (Java or Kotlin).
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). NoSQL experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge in system architecture design, design patterns, RESTful API, and clean code principles.
Ability to self- research, analyze, and solve complex technical problems.
Experience in deploying and operating large systems (high traffic, distributed system, high availability).

Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker.
Experience with event- driven systems, Kafka or other message queues.
Experience leading technical teams or holding Technical Leader responsibilities.
Experience working with Japanese clients is a plus.
Knowledge in logistics systems, supply chain operations, or order management systems.
