Education Bachelor’s degree required un any majors.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition within a mid- sized organization, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in workforce planning is a strong advantage.
Proven success in high- volume recruitment for direct labor and contingent workforce.
Abilities:
Advanced candidate sourcing techniques and expertise in global pre- onboarding processes.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and ability to leverage insights for recruitment optimization.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
