Job Purpose
To support factory expansion, we are looking for an experienced recruiter responsible for end- to- end hiring of indirect (office & technical roles), including engineers, specialists, and managerial positions, aligned with production ramp- up and business growth needs.
Key Responsibilities
End- to- End Recruitment (Primary Scope)
Manage full- cycle recruitment for positions across the organization, including:
- Supervisors and managerial positions
- Staff and specialists
- Engineers and technical roles
Work closely with hiring managers to:
- Define clear selection criteria
- Clarify job scope and performance expectations
- Understand operational and technical requirements
Ensure recruitment progress aligns with approved headcount plans and business timelines
Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess technical fit, logical thinking, and practical capability.
Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding follow- up.
Proactively study job nature, workflow, and department functions to improve screening accuracy.
Talent sourcing & market mapping
Monitor recruitment pipeline health and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Maintain updated candidate database and recruitment tracking reports.
Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping when necessary.
Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels for technical and managerial talent.
Recruitment data & process improvement
Ensure recruitment practices reflect actual job requirements and business needs.
Analyze hiring data (time- to- fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to improve recruitment outcomes.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.
Propose improvements to recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methods.
Other Support
Support mass recruitment for direct labor during peak periods.
Assist in internal recruitment communication and engagement activities.
4–6 years of hands- on experience in end- to- end recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience recruiting a wide range of positions, including:
- Supervisory and managerial levels.
- Technical and manufacturing roles (Production, QA, Engineering, Maintenance, etc.)
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting technical or engineering profiles is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong logical and analytical thinking in candidate assessment.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and labor market dynamics for indirect workforce.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring priorities.
Ability to quickly learn and understand technical job requirements and production processes.
Ability to evaluate candidates based on job- fit, performance potential, and alignment with operational requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems or ATS tools.
Strong sourcing, screening, and competency- based interviewing skills.
High level of ownership, initiative, and problem- solving mindset.
Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
Strong coordination and communication skills with production, engineering, and office teams.
