Consulting & Presales
• Work closely with Product / Engineering Management to provide feedback of VNG Products and Services to customers
• Lead client workshops to identify AI and Data opportunities across BSFI domains.
• Translate business use cases into technical solution blueprints including architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Develop and present solution proposals, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that highlight the value of AI/Data Intelligence adoption.
• Work closely with the sales department to secure new customers and partners
Solution Design
• Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): Implement AI- powered document understanding for automated extraction, validation, and classification of financial records, invoices, and compliance reports.
• AI Agents & Chatbots: Design AI- driven conversational agents and enterprise chatbots for customer engagement, process automation, and knowledge retrieval.
• Cloud & Data Platform Design: Architect AI- enabled data platforms leveraging Data Lakehouse, MLOps, and governance frameworks to unify structured and unstructured financial data.
Collaboration & Delivery
• Work with product team and engineers to ensure successful handover from presales to delivery.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives (example: on- prem system → cloud- based Data Platform / AI Platform).
