As a Senior Software Project Manager cum Agile Team Coach, you will be at the heart of this transformation, working alongside a talented, cross- functional global team. You’ll drive complex, high- impact projects from concept to delivery, using Agile methodologies and AI- powered solutions to bring innovation to life.
Your main roles & responsibilities:

Lead the Migration of a New Core Workflow Platform
Apply AI- driven planning and automation to streamline delivery and enhance decision- making.
Integrate new application requests and change requirements into the migration roadmap with precision and agility.
Oversee the migration of 250+ applications, ensuring timelines are met and aligned with business priorities
Ensure High- Quality, On- Time Delivery
Implement a robust quality management framework to ensure all deliverables meet Bosch’s global standards.
Apply technical risk management strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Maintain a clear focus on timeline management, balancing migration efforts with new development needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration
Resolve conflicts constructively and foster a harmonious team spirit to drive on- time delivery.
Facilitate and moderate cross- functional meetings across global teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Coach teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Bachelor&039;s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
10+ years of experience
in Agile project management or product delivery roles.
Strong experience in
project management
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using project management tools.
AI & Automation Integration: Familiarity with applying AI tools to optimize planning, tracking, and reporting.
Application Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle new and changing requirements alongside migration efforts.
Migration Planning & Execution: Experience managing large- scale migrations with complex dependencies.
Risk & Timeline Management: Proven ability to manage technical risks and deliver on schedule.
Expert in
Agile Team Coaching (ATC)
Agile Mindset: Strong coaching ability to embed Agile principles and foster continuous learning.
Team Harmony & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in maintaining team morale and resolving challenges swiftly.
Facilitation & Moderation: Expert in leading cross- functional collaboration across global teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in English
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are a plus
